Everyone at our event loved when the giant ice cream truck rolled through and started serving.  I’m not sure how many ice cream sandwiches we went through but I probably could have eaten half of them myself.  Because it was so hot, they melted pretty quickly but it was good while they lasted.

The cookies and the ice cream were delicious! It was a hit with adults and teens. Our server was very friendly and accommodating, and the entire process was pleasant and easy. Our friends who were at our party use a lot of food trucks at their parties(the own a local MI based grocery store), and they really liked it!

Just a little disappointed that my daughter came to get ice cream sandwich at 8 30 and the girls told her they could not serve her because we only had then until 8 30. Lucky the owner was there and said server her. I thank him but what if he was not there. This was a back yard party. I was glad that was my daughter and not one of our friends

We used Eskimo Jacks for a graduation party and it was a BIG hit. Everyone thought it was a great idea. The favorite cookies seemed to be the chocolate chip and M & M. The favorite ice creams were the home made ones,especially the oreo, which was described as amazing. People thought you could tell the difference between the home made ice cream and Ashby’s, with the home made ones being favorites. The only negative comment was that the mint chocolate chip ice cream needed to be more minty. We will keep Eskimo Jacks in mind for other parties in the future.
